Our Philosophy

We are a team of former student-athletes, educators, and international advisors who understand what it takes to succeed abroad. With global experience and strong professional networks, we provide honest guidance and genuine care. At ELSA, we don’t just place students abroad — we prepare them to thrive, achieve their goals, and grow in new environments.

Vladimir Radojković

Off-Premise Sales Representative at Anheuser-Busch, with extensive experience in sales, client relations, and business development, as well as a background as a former U.S. college student-athlete, contributing experience of American higher education and college athletics.

Marko Radojković

Inventory Specialist at Billups, contributing expertise in operations management, logistics, and process optimization, with personal experience as a former student in the Netherlands, providing insight into the European higher education system and lifestyle.

Pavle Čolić

Foundation Package
